Order Management

View, process, and manage customer orders.

All customer orders appear in Orders in the dashboard. Track order status, view details, and manage fulfillment.

Order list

The orders page shows all orders with:

  • Order ID — unique identifier (e.g., #ORD-42)
  • Customer — name or Telegram username
  • Items — products in the order
  • Status — current fulfillment status
  • Total — order amount
  • Payment — payment method and status
  • Date — when the order was placed

Order statuses

Orders progress through these statuses:

PendingProcessingShippedDelivered

At any point before shipping, an order can also be moved to Cancelled.

PendingOrder placed, awaiting processing
ProcessingBeing prepared for shipment
ShippedPackage sent, tracking available
DeliveredCustomer received the order
CancelledOrder was cancelled

Order details

Click an order to see full details:

  • Customer info — name, phone, email, Telegram user ID
  • Order items — products, quantities, prices
  • Shipping address — if collected at checkout
  • Promo & cashback — discount codes and bonuses used
  • Payment details — method, charge ID, links to payment provider
  • Timeline — status change history

Processing an order

  1. Review the order details
  2. Update status as you fulfill:
    • Mark as Processing when you start preparing
    • Mark as Shipped when you send it (see Shipping & Tracking)
    • Mark as Delivered when confirmed

Printing invoices

Click the Print button on the order detail page to generate a printable invoice with order summary, item details, and totals.
