Shipping & Tracking

Add tracking links and notify customers about shipments.

When you ship an order, you can add a tracking URL and automatically notify the customer via Telegram.

Shipping an order

Open the order

Go to Orders and click the order you want to ship.

Click "Ship Order"

Enter the Tracking URL from your carrier (e.g., https://carrier.com/track/123).

Ship & Notify

Click Ship & Notify. This will:

  • Change the order status to Shipped
  • Send a Telegram message to the customer with:
    • Order contents
    • A Track Order button linking to the tracking URL

Editing tracking URLs

If the tracking URL changes, click Edit Link on the order detail page. The customer will receive an updated notification.

Customer experience

Customers receive a Telegram message like:

Hello! Your order has been shipped!

Order contents:

  • Running Sneakers x1
  • Sports Socks x2

[Track Order]

The Track Order button opens the tracking URL directly.
