View and manage your customer base.
The Customers page shows everyone who has visited your store through Telegram.
Customer list
Each customer entry shows:
- Telegram username and name
- Number of orders placed
- Total spent — lifetime revenue from this customer
- First visit — when they first opened your store
- Referral info — who referred them (if applicable)
Customer details
Click a customer to see their full profile:
- Order history
- Cashback balance and level
- Referral activity
- Bonus balance
How customers are created
Customers are automatically registered when they open your Telegram Mini App store for the first time. No sign-up form is required — Telegram provides their identity.
Customer data comes from Telegram's user profile. You don't need to collect personal information separately unless you've added custom checkout form fields.
