Order Notifications
Get notified in a Telegram group when orders are placed.
Receive instant notifications in a Telegram group whenever a customer places an order.
Setting up notifications
Add your bot to a group
Add your store's Telegram bot to the group where you want notifications.
Send a message
Send any message in the group so the bot can detect it.
Select the group
Go to Storefront Settings → Orders & Payments → Order Notifications.
Click Refresh Groups to load available groups, then select your notification group.
Your bot token must be configured in Mini App settings before notifications can work.
What you receive
When an order is placed, the notification includes:
- Customer name
- Order items and quantities
- Order total
- Payment method
This lets you and your team respond to orders quickly without checking the dashboard.
