Referral Program

PRO The referral program is a Pro feature.

Incentivize existing customers to bring in new ones by offering bonuses for referrals.

How it works

1. Each customer gets a unique referral link
2. They share it with friends
3. When a friend joins via the link, both parties can receive bonuses
4. Bonuses are credited as store cashback/balance

Configuration

Go to Referral Program → Referral Settings:

Join bonus

The bonus amount a new user receives when they join via a referral link. This encourages the referred person to make their first purchase.

Order bonus

The bonus amount the referrer receives when their referred friend makes an order.

Frequency

• First order only — the referrer gets the bonus once per referral
• Every order — the referrer gets a bonus every time their referral makes a purchase

Top referrers

The referral dashboard shows your top referrers — the customers who have referred the most new users. Use this to identify and reward your brand ambassadors.
