Bulk Messages
Send messages to your customers through Telegram.
PRO Bulk messaging is a Pro feature.
Send messages directly to your customers' Telegram accounts — announce sales, new products, or important updates.
Sending a message
Go to Messages in the sidebar.
1. Choose recipients
- All Users — send to everyone
- Select specific users — search and pick individual recipients
2. Compose your message
Write your message text. It will be sent as a Telegram message from your bot.
3. Add media (optional)
Paste an Image URL to include an image. The image will be sent with your message as a caption.
4. Add a link button (optional)
Add a clickable button below your message:
- Button text — what the button says (e.g., "Visit Website")
- Button URL — where it links to
5. Send
Click Send to deliver the message. You'll see a success confirmation with delivery stats.
Tips for effective messages
- Keep messages concise — Telegram users prefer short, actionable content
- Include a link button for conversions (e.g., link to a specific product or sale)
- Use images to make messages more engaging
- Don't message too frequently — respect your customers' attention
Messages are sent from your Telegram bot. Customers can block your bot if they receive unwanted messages. Use this feature responsibly.
Recipient count
The message page shows the total number of users you can reach. This count includes all customers who have opened your store at least once.
