Tips & Invoice Fields
Configure what customer data to collect during Telegram payments.
When using Telegram Payments, you can configure which fields Telegram requests from the customer during the payment flow.
Invoice fields
Go to Storefront Settings → Orders & Payments → Invoice Fields:

| Request Name | Telegram asks for the customer's name |
| Request Phone | Telegram asks for phone number |
| Request Email | Telegram asks for email address |
| Request Shipping Address | Telegram asks for full shipping address |
| Flexible Shipping | Offer different shipping options based on address |
These fields are handled by Telegram's native UI — customers see a familiar, trusted payment form.
Tips
Enable tips to let customers add a gratuity to their payment:
- Enable Tips — toggle on/off
- Maximum Tip Amount — cap the tip amount
- Suggested Tip Amounts — up to 4 quick-select amounts
Tips are not supported with Telegram Stars (XTR) payments.
Store currency
The store currency affects all payment providers. Change it in Storefront Settings → Orders & Payments → Currency.
Changing the currency updates all product prices to the new currency automatically. Make sure your payment provider supports the currency you select.
