Onboarding Wizard
Complete the 3-step setup wizard to launch your store.
When you first log into the dashboard, you'll see the onboarding wizard — a guided 3-step process to get your store ready.
Step 1: Configure Mini App
Set up your Telegram Mini App so customers can access your store.
- Copy the Store URL shown in the wizard
- Open @BotFather in Telegram
- Send
/mybotsand select your bot - Go to Bot Settings → Menu Button → Configure Mini App
- Paste the Store URL
This URL is unique to your store. It enables sharing links and referral functionality.
Step 2: Configure payments and checkout
Choose between two checkout modes:
- Manual Checkout — customers fill out a custom form. Best for COD, bank transfers, or when you want full control over the checkout experience.
- Telegram Payments — accept payments directly through Telegram using 20+ payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, YooKassa, Razorpay, and more).
You can also use Telegram Stars — Telegram's built-in currency that requires no payment provider setup.
Step 3: Add products
Choose how to manage your product catalog:
Manage products directly in the dashboard with the built-in editor. Features:
- Rich product editor with image uploads
- Real-time updates
- Variant support (sizes, colors)
- Better performance
Sync products from a Google Spreadsheet. Features:
- Familiar spreadsheet interface
- Bulk editing
- External collaboration
- Stock updates write back to the sheet
Once you've completed all three steps, your store is ready to accept orders.
Dismissing the wizard
If you want to complete setup later, you can dismiss the wizard from the dashboard. The onboarding checklist will remain accessible until all steps are complete.
