Tiny Shops pricing is usage-based and starts free: every new store begins on Starter at $0 and only starts paying once it reaches real traction — 100 contacts (people who have interacted with your shop's bot).

Contacts are the people who have interacted with your shop bot. Your bill is the plan's base fee plus overage for contacts beyond the included allowance — it always scales with the audience your shop actually reaches.
How the free start works
- You add a payment method at signup, but pay nothing while your store has fewer than 100 contacts.
- When your audience crosses 100 contacts, Starter's $9.99/mo billing begins automatically (or a higher tier if your audience already exceeds Starter's allowance). The Billing page's usage meter shows the threshold approaching.
- No time limit — the free phase lasts as long as you stay under 100 contacts.

Yearly billing
Yearly billing charges 12× the discounted monthly rate up front (about 20% off). Overage for extra contacts is billed with your regular invoice on either cycle.
